5 Steps to Take When Preparing for Divorce

Gather financial information like make sure where you are your spouse are standing financially because during the process of Divorce you have to make an equitable distribution of marital assets and debts. Make a list of all possible assets and Gather all documentation regarding each asset, including the present value, when and where the asset was purchased, and whether it was purchased with joint or separate funds.
